Melvin Guillard
UFC 79 "Nemesis" December 29, 2007 in Las Vegas, NV at The Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino
In a fight between two bitter rivals, Rich Clementi proved to be better prepared,
especially once the fight hit the ground. Early in the first round, Melvin "The Young Assassin" Guillard
rocked Clementi, promptinng Rich to quickly take the fight to the ground with a big body slam.
Melvin escaped back to his feet but was unable to keep Rich from scoring another takedown.
After taking Melvin's back, Clementi sunk in a rear naked choke at 4:40 of the first round.
There was a lot of trash talking both before and after the fight and it is clear that Melvin is intent on a rematch.
